The Opportunity

We're looking for enthusiastic, self-employed Regional Distribution Managers to introduce, showcase and sell TWENTY™ products to professional nail technicians, salons and beauty businesses within their local area. This is a commission-based opportunity that allows you to build your own customer network while representing a rapidly growing professional nail brand. You'll earn 25% commission on the net sales value of every qualifying order placed by customers you introduce to TWENTY™, including all subsequent repeat orders. The more customers you introduce and develop, the greater your potential ongoing earnings.

Key Responsibilities

● Actively promote and showcase TWENTY™ products to professional nail technicians, salons and beauty businesses within your region.

● Identify and develop relationships with new customers.

● Arrange product demonstrations, salon visits and local networking opportunities.

● Educate potential customers on the TWENTY™ product range, features and benefits.

● Encourage new customers to place their first orders through TWENTY™.

● Maintain strong relationships with your customer network to encourage repeat purchases.

● Represent the TWENTY™ brand professionally and consistently.

● Identify opportunities to grow brand awareness and sales within your designated region.

Training & Promotional Support

We want our Regional Distribution Managers to feel confident and fully equipped to represent TWENTY™. To support you in growing your customer network, we provide:

● Free Online Product Training: Comprehensive online training covering our product ranges, application techniques, key product benefits and professional recommendations, giving you the knowledge and confidence to showcase TWENTY™ effectively.

● Complimentary Promotional Kits: TWENTY™ product kits to demonstrate and showcase our products to prospective customers, allowing nail technicians and salons to experience the quality of our range firsthand.

● Ongoing Product Updates: Information on new product launches, collections and developments to help you keep your customers informed and engaged.

● Marketing & Brand Support: Access to relevant promotional materials and product information to support your sales activity.

Commission & Earning Potential

Our commission structure is designed to reward both new customer acquisition and long-term customer relationships. 

● 25% commission on the net sales value of every qualifying initial order placed by a customer you introduce.

● 25% ongoing commission on the net sales value of qualifying repeat orders from those customers.

● No cap on commission earnings.

● Flexible working arrangements, allowing you to manage your own time and customer relationships.

Examples are illustrative and not guaranteed earnings. Net sales value means the value of products sold after discounts, excluding VAT, shipping charges, refunds and returns. Commission is subject to the terms of the independent contractor agreement.

Who We're Looking For

Ideally, you'll have:

● Experience within the professional nail or beauty industry.

● An existing network of nail technicians, salons or beauty professionals within your local region.

● Strong communication, relationship-building and sales skills.

● A genuine passion for professional nail products.

● The motivation to work independently and develop your own customer base.

● Previous sales, brand ambassador or distribution experience would be advantageous but isn't essential.
